I’m Mary McGlauflin, Owner/Chocolatier of Honest Swan Chocolates. In 2015, I graduated as a chocolatier from Ecole Chocolat in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I love making chocolates so much I think they should be a food group!
When I was a teen, I played the cello. One year, I played “The Swan” by Camille Saint-Seans for a state-wide solo competition. The music was simple, yet elegant, clean yet complex, and held a grace and beauty that I had never heard in a piece of music before. When I played it, my heart overflowed with joy. Even when I hear it today, my heart fills with joy!
Honest Swan chocolates are hand-made, using Fair Trade, Organic Dark and Milk Chocolates and the finest ingredients. Just like when I played “The Swan,” I strive to give you simple, yet elegant, gracefully delicious chocolates that fill your heart with joy every time you eat them. I hope eating these chocolates fill your heart with as much joy as they fill my heart making them.
